What social media platforms do you manage?
We primarily manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We recommend focusing on the one to three platforms where your audience is most active instead of spreading your budget too thin across every channel.
Additional platforms may be available through a custom scope of work.
What is included in social media management?
Every Eisenwolf Media package includes strategic content planning, branded content creation, caption writing, scheduling, and performance reporting.
The number of platforms, posting frequency, reporting cadence, Stories, engagement support, and strategy sessions depend on your selected package. Your proposal will clearly outline the deliverables before work begins.
How much do your services cost?
We currently offer three monthly social media management packages:
- Starter Package: $397/month
- Growth Package: $597/month
- Premium Package: $997/month
Custom proposals are available for businesses with specialized needs, additional platforms, paid advertising, or expanded content requirements.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We recommend allowing at least three months for a strategy to gain momentum and for us to collect meaningful performance data, but we do not require a long-term contract.
You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
What does onboarding look like?
Our process is simple:
- Book a discovery call and complete a short questionnaire.
- Receive a recommended package and proposal.
- Approve the agreement and submit your first payment.
- Provide brand assets, account access, and key business information.
- Join a kickoff call and approve your initial content plan.
Once everything is approved, we begin creating and scheduling content for your first month.
Will I approve content before it is posted?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to review and approve content before it is scheduled or published.
We establish an approval process during onboarding to keep content aligned with your brand, voice, and business goals.
Do you create the graphics and captions?
Yes. We create branded graphics, write captions, research relevant hashtags, and plan content around your business goals.
For more advanced video production, photography, or large-scale creative projects, we may recommend a custom scope or use client-supplied footage and assets.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
Engagement monitoring is included in select packages. Community response support is handled according to the deliverables in your chosen package and during agreed business hours.
For businesses that need high-volume customer-service response or around-the-clock monitoring, we can discuss a custom solution.
Do you guarantee followers, leads, or sales?
No ethical marketing agency can guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, or sales. Social media performance depends on your offer, audience, competition, content, website or booking process, ad budget where applicable, and sales follow-up.
What we do guarantee is a strategic, consistent, data-informed approach and transparent reporting on agreed performance metrics.
Can social media generate leads for my business?
Social media can support lead generation by building trust, improving visibility, educating your audience, and giving people clear ways to contact or book with you.
Lead generation requires a strong offer, clear calls to action, a responsive sales process, and accurate tracking. If lead generation is a primary goal, we will discuss that during your discovery call and recommend the right approach.
Do you run paid social media ads?
Paid advertising is available as a custom service and is not included in the standard monthly management packages unless specifically stated in your proposal.
Ad spend is always separate from Eisenwolf Media’s management fee.
What do you need from me?
To create strong content, we need timely access to brand assets, business updates, offers, photos or video when available, platform access, and feedback during the approval process.
Your knowledge of your business paired with our strategy and execution creates the best results.
How will I know whether the work is performing?
You will receive reporting based on your selected package. Reports may include reach, engagement, audience growth, content performance, profile activity, website clicks, inquiries, and other agreed metrics.
We use the data to identify what is working and adjust the strategy over time.
What is not included in monthly management?
Unless listed in your proposal, monthly management does not include paid ad spend, professional photography or on-site videography, extensive video production, website development, full-time customer-service messaging, crisis communication, influencer management, or custom dashboard development.

How do I get started?
